Meghann Parkinson

Meghann Parkinson has been an educator at Growing Kids Therapy Center since 2014. Meghann is a mentor and instructor in the ACTS Training Programs for educators and communication partners. She also coaches many parents and aides on the letter boards.

Meghann has a special interest in the area of Neurodiversity, and wants to share her knowledge about nonspeaking individuals with the world. She is passionate about group learning and the opportunities they provide for students. Meghann has traveled to various locations around the world to work with students on the letter boards, increasing their fluency and skill. She also presents at conferences that aim to teach parents and professionals about benefits of inclusion and spelling to communicate. Meghann loves to travel, play music and make people laugh!
